This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the mediation has filed. It is further submitted that charge-sheet has already been submitted in the case on 27.09.2022 for alleged offences punishable under Sections 406/423/506, I.P.C. 3.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that the Arresting Officer has complied the mandatory requirement of Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 4.

In such view of the matter, the ABLAPL is not maintainable and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
