On instruction, Mr. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that on completion of investigation in connection with Tikiri P.S. Case No.99 of 2018, charge sheet No.116 dated 31.12.2019 has already been field before the jurisdictional court. In such background, Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to proceed further in the matter.
