This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

The Petitioners having been implicated in Laxmisagar P.S. Case No.117 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1928 of 2020 registered for alleged commission of offence under section 420/406/294/468/506/34 of the IPC pending on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, have filed this application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for his release on bail in the event of their his arrest.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State as also for the Informant. 4.

Considering the submission and keeping in view the nature of accusations as to the role of these Petitioners as also the manner of commission of offences as those emanate from the

// 2 // materials on record; I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioners.

It is, however, observed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the Court below and move for their release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit further taking into account all such developments which have taken place in the meantime in their proper prospective and disposed of early in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is dismissed.

The interim order dated 16.03.2021 stands vacated. Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
