Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "The petitioner therefore prays that your Lordships may be pleased to consider the facts stated above, admit the writ application, call for the records and after hearing the parties, the op. parties may kindly be directed for allotment of alternative land for relocation/ rehabilitation of the OPOLFED booth of the petitioner situated at revenue plot no.54(pt), under Khata no.12, mouza-Jokalandi, Bharatpur, Bhubaneswar in view of the order dtd.13.08.2018 passed by the General administration department, Govt of Odisha and in the light in the decision rendered in the case of Laxmipriya Sahoo Vrs Director of Estate and other decided on 24.11.2014 or else the petitioner will be seriously prejudiced.
And other order/orders may kindly be pass as this Hon'ble Court would deem just and proper.
And for this act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound ever pray."

It appears on the self same issue, petitioner has a pending request before the Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, Bhubaneswar vide Annexure-6. Petitioner drawing attention of this Court to the request also takes help of the judgment of this Court in
// 2 // W.P.(C).No.25672 of 2013 vide Annexure-7. Keeping in view the request of the petitioner pending, this Court observes in the consideration of the request of the petitioner at Annexure-6 by the Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, Bhubaneswar - opposite party no.3, the benefit flows through the judgment in W.P.(C).No.25672 of 2013 can be taken care of. 4.
In the process, in disposal of the writ petition, this Court directs the Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation-opposite party no.3 to look into the request of the petitioner vide Annexure-6 and also taking into consideration the judgment at Anenxure-7 in W.P.(C).No.25672 of 2013 by completing the entire exercise at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
