Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "The petitioners therefore prays that, your Lordships may be pleased to consider the facts stated above, admit the writ application, call for the record and after hearing the parties, necessary direction may kindly issued to the opp. parties to provide the connecting road to the village pond situated at Baliapada, which is adjacent to Village Bhagabanpur over plot No.330 under Khata No.246, Mouza Baliapada, under Bhubaneswar Tahasil as per the revised map prepared by the BDA within a stipulated period.
Any other order/orders may kindly be passed as this Hon'ble Court would deem just and proper.
And for this act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound ever pray."

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioners on the self same issue vide Annexure-3 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioners vide Annexure-3 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition within a period of six weeks from the date of communication
