None appears for the petitioner at the time of call so also no one had appeared on 02.05.2017. The defect as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter has not yet been removed.

In view of aforesaid development, this Court considers that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed for non-prosecution.
