Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following innocuous prayer :

"

P R A Y E R It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that your Lordships may graciously be pleased to admit the Writ Petition; and Issue of a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ of like nature and Direction(s) or Order(s) to the Opp. Party No.1 to dispose of the Second Appeal vide S.A. No.2525 of 2021 which is pending before him in compliance with Section 19(6) of the Right of Information Act, 2005 within a stipulated time period;"

Considering that the S.A. No.2525 of 2021 is required to be disposed of at the earliest and also keeping in view the purport behind the Right to Information Act, 2005, this Court directs, in the

// 2 // event the S.A. No.2525 of 2021 still remains undisposed of, all attempts may be made to dispose of such appeal within a period of ten weeks from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner, but however, involving the parties likely to be affected.
