Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned counsel states that he has instructions to appear on behalf of opposite parties. 3.

Let two extra copies of the writ petition be served on Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the opposite parties within two days.

Heard Mr. A.R. Majhi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A. K. Mishra, learned counsel for the opposite parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to allow them to appear in the physical test in the recruitment of Bank guard for the year 2019-20 as Ex-servicemen under (Service) Category. 6.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the

petitioner contends that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-5 series and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned counsel for the opposite parties has no objection. 7.

Considering the contentions raised by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
