This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

This is an application for extension of time to surrender pursuant to the order dated 15.03.2022.

Considering the grounds taken in the interim application and on hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties, the date of surrender of the petitioner is extended till 20th January 2023. The rest part of the order dated 15.03.2022 remains unaltered. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted to the petitioner.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
