2. This contempt petition filed by the petitioner alleging the violation of interim order of this Court passed on 01.12.2021 in I.A. No.15212 of 2021, arising out of W.P.(C) No.33002 of 2021.
3. Learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department Mr. Biswajit Mohanty submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been complied with and the State has highest respect of the order of this Court and has never tried to violate any order.
4. In view of the above, the CONTC. is dropped. The W.P.(C) No.33002 of 2021 be listed on 29.06.2022.
