a prayer to direct the Opposite Parties more particularly to the Opposite Party No.2/Bank to lift the hold on his account and to consider his OTS proposal/Rephasement of the loan account.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a Memo dated 11.11.2022 in Court indicating therein that he does not want to press the present writ petition and prays for permission to withdraw the same. The Memo be kept on record.

In view of the Memo filed, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
