Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

By way of this writ petition, it is claimed that Bhima Panda claiming to have good name, Bhimsen Panda being the owner of the property of plot No.216/14, vide Annexure-1 remains evicted by the action of the public authority in undertaking a road construction over the personal plot of the petitioner. It is attempted to establish such allegation through the patta enclosed herein as Annexure-1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also brings to the notice of this Court a representation on such allegation pending since 2019 and the public authority is likely to encroach the petitioner's land very soon.

Looking to the development taken place involving the road in the meantime and considering the allegation prima facie established through record-of-right, without expression of any opinion at this stage considering a representation pending before the Collector, Puri-opposite party no.2, this Court disposes of this writ petition simply directing the Collector-Puri, opposite party no.

// 2 // date of communication of certified copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. Let final outcome on the representation of the petitioners be achieved before road construction is undertaken involving petitioner's land.
