Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. 2.

On his own submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the proceeding vide Annexure-1 series is still pending. Allegation made here can very well be considered by the Competent Authority in the proceeding pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his objection remedy involving Encroachment Case No.4-14/22.

Consequently, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn but, however, with liberty as prayed for.
