Heard Md. G. Madani, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel for Opposite Party - State.

This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the Petitioners Bairagi Behera and Arun Behera in connection with Bhadrak Rural P.S. Case No.210 of 2017 corresponding to S.T. Case No.139 of 2019 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhadrak for alleged commission of offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is a case of double murder and upon hearing both parties as well as considering the statements of eye-witnesses, I do not see any reason to deviate from the earlier order passed in BLAPL No.8360 of 2019. Accordingly, their prayer for bail is rejected. 4.

The BLAPL is dismissed.
