1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

Learned counsel for the Opposite Party/Contemnor submits that the directions passed by this Court on 19th August, for consideration of the representation of the petitioners regarding opening of a Camp office of Additional/Joint Commissioner, Land at Koraput has been duly considered and the request rejecting since the number of cases pending/available at Koraput do not meet the prescribed norms for having a Camp office at that station.

3. In view of the above, we find that the order has been duly complied with and there is no ground to pursue the present contempt.
