1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. Considering the grounds advanced by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, it appears that Motanga P.S. Case No. 69 of 2021 on 30.04.2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 529 of 2021 having merged with Dhenkanal Town P.S. Case No. 66 of 2020 corresponding G.R. Case No. 208 of 2020 on the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal, in order dated 29.11.2022 whereas the words "Motanga P.S. Case No. 69 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 529 of 2021" be corrected as "Dhenkanal Town P.S. Case No. 66 of 2020 corresponding G.R. Case No. 208 of 2020".

3. One week further time from today is extended, as a last chance, for the Petitioner to surrender before the court below as per the order dated 29.11.2022 passed in ABLAPL No. 1905 of 2022, but subject to payment of cost of ₹500.00 (Rupees Five Hundred) to the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association and producing the Money Receipt thereof before the concerned

// 2 // court. It is made clear that, other conditions in the said order remain unchanged.

4. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
