In the present writ petition, the petitioners have made a prayer for withdrawal of the original application, i.e. O.A. No. 072 of 2019, which stands transferred to this Court by virtue of judgment dated 07.06.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 13789 of 2019 (O.A.T. Bar Association, Cuttack vs. Union of India & others) and batch.

The aforementioned O.A. No. 072 of 2019 filed before the OAT, Bhubaneswar is dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for by the applicants/petitioners.
