This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Cuttack Sadar to dispose of Misc. Case No. 108 of 2019 filed by her for demarcation of Plot No.147 under Khata No. 861/553 to an extent of Ac.0.2665 decimals situated in mouza Cuttack Sahar, Unit-32 Madhupatna, Cuttack (for short 'the case land') at an early date.

A counter affidavit has been filed by the Tahasildar, Cuttack Sadar-Opposite Party No.2 in Court today stating that the aforesaid case land has already been carved out and recorded in the name of Subas Chandra Gopta, son of Jagdish Ray Gupta. As such, the application of the Petitioner for demarcation of the case land has already been rejected vide order dated 26th March, 2022 by the Additional Tahasildar, Sadar, Cuttack. The same is taken on record.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, which is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
