The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "Under the above facts and circumstances the petitioners therefore humbly pray that your lordships may graciously be pleased to issue rule NISI calling upon the Opp. Parties to file show cause as to why the petitioners shall not get employment by the Opp. Party No.2 & 3 and as to why the salary of the Opp. Party No.4 shall not be stopped till disposal of the criminal case vide G.R Case No.2527 of 2013 pending before the learned JMFC (P), Rourkela, and if the Opp. Parties failed to file show cause or shown insufficient cause the Rule may be made absolute against the Opp.

And issue any other order/orders writ/writs director/directions as this Hon'ble Court shall deem fit and proper."

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that highlighting their grievances, the Petitioners have made a representation to

Opposite Party No.3 vide Annexure-9 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-9 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
