Petitioner claims his right over the disputed property involving Order No.

the notice vide Annexure-3 on the basis of a sale deed as well as land receipt vide Annexures-1 & 2(series). This Court, therefore, observes, in the event the Petitioner claims lawful right over the disputed property in question, nothing prevents the Petitioner to raise objection to the notice vide Annexure-3 before the competent authority. This Court, therefore, while declining to interfere in the matter, permits the Petitioner to raise his objection to the notice vide Annexure-3 before the Executive Officer, Notified Area Council, Surada-O.P.5 within a period of two weeks hence. In such event the Opposite Party No.5 shall do well in disposing the proceeding vide Annexure-3 within a period of four weeks thereafter, but giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.

It is further directed that till such period there shall be status quo in respect of the disputed property in question by all concerned. 3.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
