2. Despite the order dated 11.07.2022 there is no representation from the appellant. In the said order, this Court had occasioned to observe that the matter be listed again on 01.08.2022. If on that day, there is no representation from the appellant, this Court will be persuaded to pass an order for non-prosecution.

3. None appears for the appellant when the matter is called out.

4. However, Mr. P.K.Biswal, learned counsel appears for the respondent.

5. In this context, we have no alternative, but to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution. It is dismissed accordingly.
