2. Heard Mr. B. Mansinga, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Against initiation of disciplinary proceeding dated 18.02.2022, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

4. This Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to participate in the process of proceeding and bring to the notice of the authority the rules and guidelines governing the field.

3. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
