This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and

This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Dharmasala P.S. Case No. 91 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.265 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole for the commission of the alleged offences punishable under sections 143/147/353/186/333/323/506/379/427/294 of the Indian Penal Code.
In view of the nature and gravity against the petitioners, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail and it is ordered that in the event the petitioners surrender and move for bail before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered in accordance with law expeditiously by the Courts below. The case records shall be made available to the Court concerned for adjudication of the bail application.
The ABLAPL stands disposed of.
