In this writ petition the Petitioner has no pleading as to how he Order No.

is affected pursuant to disposal of the O.P.L.E. Revision Case No.21 of 2018. This Court, therefore, observes, in the event there is already finality to the O.P.L.E. proceeding, there should not be any obstruction for clearing of the land. The Tahasildar, Narasinghpur-O.P.4 is directed to achieve finality to such proceeding provided there is no further litigation pending in the High Court involving such issue. 2.
