The contempt petition arises out of W.P.(C) No. 33201 of 2021, wherein it has been alleged that order dated 15th November, 2021 passed by this Court has not been complied with. In the writ petition, the Opposite Party No.2 i.e., the Director of Industries, Odisha is directed to re-examine the entire matter and take a fresh decision on the Petitioner's request, not later than 1st February, 2022.

Counsel for the Petitioner concedes that upon passing the order dated 14th July, 2022 by the Director of Industries, Odisha, the directions contained in the order dated 15th November, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 33201 of 2021 stand complied with.
