Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2022 in connection with Khandapada P.S. Case No.303 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.293 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Khandapada for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 406/409/417/420/34 of IPC.

Having regard to the submissions, materials on record and the fact that the principal accused, namely, Kailash Chandra Dalei has already been released on bail as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL No.2347 of 2021, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail. 5.
BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
