Samantaray, Additional Government Advocate states that by passing of an order dated 10th February, 2022 by the Superintending Engineer, Rural Works Division-II, Ganjam, Berahampur, the directions passed by this Court on 9th April, 2019 in W.P. (C) No. 2377 of 2019 have been duly complied with though belatedly. He further states that the Petitioner has a separate remedy, if dissatisfied of the aforesaid order. 3.

In view of the above, this contempt Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
