This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. R.C. Pattanaik, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner in the I.A.

This I.A has been filed seeking recalling of order dt.14.11.2022.

It is contended that by making false submission that the Petitioner-Corporation has not signed in the settlement dt.08.07.2015, the award was set aside by this Court with a remand to the Lok Adalat for fresh disposal in accordance with law.

Mr. Pattanaik, learned counsel contended that in fact the petitioner-Corporation has signed the settlement on 08.07.2015 and a wrong submission was made before this Court.

Since in spite of appearance, the Petitioner in the present I.A did not remain present before this Court when the matter was taken up, this Court basing on the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for for the Writ Petitioner, disposed of the matter with quashing of the award and remitting the same to the Lok adalat for fresh disposal in accordance with law by giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties.

Taking into account the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner in the I.A, this Court while disposing the I.A, permits him to bring to the notice of the Lok Adalat that in fact the Petitionercorporation has signed the agreement on 08.07.2015 8.

With the aforesaid observation, the I.A. is disposed of.
