I.A. No.3754 of 2021 & W.P.(C) No.6240 of 2018 RJ This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The instant interlocutory application has been filed seeking amendment of certain paragraphs in the writ petition i.e. to change the name of the district Balasore to Bhadrak and name of the institution from Nilamani Mahavidyalaya, Rupsa to Bhadrak Womens College, Bhadrak.

By order dated 30.07.2018, notices were issued subject to removal of defects, as pointed by the Registry. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for removal of the defects, the I.A. has been filed seeking amendment of the writ petition. It is further submitted that since some inadvertent typographical errors have crept in, as such the petitioner may be granted liberty to file the writ petition afresh seeking the relief sought for in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
