1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

2. Petitioner is a Special Class Contractor and has filed the present contempt alleging the violation of the order dated 09.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.2376 of 2019, whereby the Superintending Engineer, Rural Works Division-II, Ganjam, Berhampur, who was directed to decide the representation in respect of the amounts of enhanced minimum wages to be released to him on account of payment to the workers at such enhanced rates.

3. At the time of hearing, Mr. Samantaray states that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 10.02.2022 due to non-production of the relevant documents to prove that the petitioner/Contractor had paid the workers at the enhanced rate of wages for the said period.

4. In view of the above, we find that the directions passed by this Court have been duly complied with.

5. The CONTC is accordingly dismissed.
