Relief prayed for by his client is for execution of direction made in said letter. 2.

IIC, Kantabanji P.S., Bolangir, Odisha will dispose of by public auction to holder(s) of licence for use and sale of Ammonium Nitrate, the 320 bags of it lying at petitioner's godown in villageBandhapali, Tahasil-Kantabanji, District-Bolangir. This is to be done within four weeks of communication.
