At the outset, Mr. L. Samantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the order dated 27th September, 2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.22672 of 2018 stands duly complied with as O.E.A, Collector has passed a detailed & speaking quasi-judicial order on 22nd November, 2019 rejecting the claim of the petitioners. Thus, he submits that no contempt is made out.

In response, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that his clients were never informed or supplied of the aforesaid order.

Mr. Samantaray, leaned Additional Government Advocate undertakes to provide a copy of the

// 2 // aforesaid order dated 22nd November, 2019 during the course of the day itself, and the petitioners would be at liberty to seek their remedies against the said order in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present Contempt Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
