Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that no first information report has been registered against the petitioner.
In view of such submission, since there is no F.I.R. in the case and there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. The petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy after the registration of the F.I.R. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
