It is conceded that in compliance of the order dated 18th February, 2019 passed by this Court in W.P(C) No. 2854 of 2019, the competent authority, i.e. Executive Engineer, Rural Works Division, Bhubaneswar has passed an order dated 16th December, 2021 and thereby nothing more would survive in the present contempt petition. 3.
