By way of this writ petition the Petitioner has an allegation of non-consideration of his objection filed pursuant to the draft publication involving a reservation / rotation. 2.
Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court observes, unless the Petitioner gets the outcome on such objection, there cannot be a properly constituted writ petition for consideration of this Court. Looking to the stage of allegation this Court in disposal of the writ petition observes, in the event there is already consideration of the objection of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 more particularly at page 24 of the brief which is stated to have been communicated through registered post on
// 2 // 25.01.2022, result of the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner at least within a period of seven days from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. It is also made clear that basing on such outcome, if the Petitioner is so advised, may re-approach the Court with proper grounds.
