At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the present contempt has become infructuous in view of the order dated 9th April,2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.2378 of 2019 having been complied with, which also is the stand of the contemnors in the compliance affidavit dated 8th March,2022.

In view of the above, the contempt petition is disposed of as infructuous.
