1. This petition is full of broad sweeping allegations concerning Order No.

the Lower Suktel Irrigation Project with no specific instances, thus, disabling the Court from issuing any effective directions. The Court is, therefore, not in a position to entertain this Public Interest Litigation (PIL). It is clarified that the dismissal of this PIL will, however, not prevent the individuals who may be aggrieved approaching the authorities for reliefs in accordance with law.
