1. Without naming the so called encroachers on the properties stated to be belonging to the deity the present petition has been filed seeking their eviction. Unless, the so called encroachers are actually named in the petition and specific averments are made and notices served to them and they are heard, orders cannot be passed as prayed for. Consequently, in the present form, the petition cannot be entertained.

2. Nevertheless, it will be opened to the Petitioner after doing proper homework to ascertain the names of all the encroachers and then seek to file a proper petition impleading them as parties.
