Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

Petitioners have a serious grievance that in spite of a direction of the State Election Commission vide Anenxure-4 in considering the objection of the petitioners in the matter of non-inclusion of their names in the voter list being sent to Collector, there has been no further order depriving the petitioners to participate in the election held on 16th of this month. Even though this Court finds there is some allegation required to be examined but, however, keeping in view that the election has already been over, this Court finds no relief can be granted for franchise to the election already over.
