This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Jajpur Sadar P.S. Case No.60 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.349 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur for alleged commission of offences under sections 448/379/427/353/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 29 of Odisha Grama Panchayat Act, 1964.

// 2 // In view of the available material on record and the nature and gravity of the accusation, while not inclining to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, it is observed that in the event the petitioners surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and move for bail, the same shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible by the Courts below in accordance with law and if any co-accused has been released on bail in the meantime, the claim of parity shall be taken into account. The case diary be made available before the Court concerned for disposal of the case.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
