In view of the submission of learned Counsel for the State that these Petitioners have not been named as accused persons in the charge-sheet to face the trial in the case; learned Counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of this application, seeking liberty for the Petitioners to renew their prayer in the event cause of action so arises in future.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim order passed on 05.03.2020 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
