1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner was engaged as Sikshya Sahayak and posted to Patiatola Primary School, Koira block in the district of Sundargarh on 26.11.2012. After completion of six years, she has been appointed as regular Level-V Assistant Teacher of Odisha Elementary Cadre. A circular/guideline has been issued by the School and Mass Education Department for transfer of inter-district on 04.10.2018 in Annexure-3.

The petitioner submitted her application for inter district transfer through online as per the guideline to the opposite party No.4 in Annexure-4 and the same has not been considered by the authority. Thereafter, she submitted a representation to the Collector, Sundaragarh (opposite party No.3) on 05.01.2022 for inter-district transfer, which is stated to be pending consideration.

4. In view of such facts, the learned Collector, Sundargarh is directed to pass a reasoned order on the representation filed by the

// 2 // petitioner within a period of one month from the date of presentation of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
