Mr. Samantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate has produced a letter dated 22.03.2022 issued by the office of the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Upper Indrabati Irrigation Project, Kalahandi, indicating that the claim of the petitioner for enhanced compensation as awarded by the reference Court under Section 18 of the Old Land Acquisition Act has been determined and duly disbursed to the petitioner thereby rendering the present contempt petition as infructuous.
