1. Heard Mr. S.K. Jena,learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mr.P.K. Mohanty, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.
2. The Petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.1066 of 2021 corresponding to Banarpal P.S. Case No.351/2021 on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Banarpal for offences under Secs.147/148/ 452/294/323/307/384/506/149, I.P.C.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was earlier released on anticipatory bail as per order dated 02.02.2022 of this Court passed in ABLAPL No.498/2022. Learned J.M.F.C., Banarpal while taking cognizance for the offences issued summons against him to appear. The Petitioner submits that since the offence under Sec.307, I.P.C. has been added at the time of submission of the charge-sheet and congnizance has been taken thereof, he would be taken into custody on his appearance.
4. The apprehension is without any basis and the CRLMC is dismissed.
