Issue notice to the Opposite Party No.2 by Registered Post with A.D., returnable at an early date. Requisites shall be filed within three working days.

Let two extra copies of the bail application be served on learned counsel for the State, who shall intimate the IIC of the concerned police station, who in turn shall intimate the Informant about her right to oppose the bail of the Petitioner by appearing either physically or through virtual mode before this Court. Further, she may take legal help by approaching the District Legal Services Authority.

Learned counsel for the State is directed to obtain the Case Diary by the next date of listing.
