1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.

2. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the imposition of Rs.86,737/- as fine vide electricity bill dated 14.07.2015, vide Annexure-2, and the action of the opposite parties in extending threat to disconnect the power supply to his residential premises.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner intends to file a representation ventilating his grievance for such penal bill with the opposite party no.1 and he is also ready and willing to deposit Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) before the opposite party no.1 and as such a direction may be issued to the opposite party no.1 not to disconnect the power supply to his residential house.

Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Petitioner to file a representation ventilating his grievance before opposite party no.1 along with a bank draft of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) towards payment of arrear bill in the name of appropriate opposite party preferably within fifteen days hence. If such a representation along with the bank draft is filed within the time stipulated, opposite party no.1 shall consider and dispose of the said representation within fifteen days thereafter in the manner known to law and intimate the decision thereof to the Petitioner.

5. However, till then no disconnection of power supply be made.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
