1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard Mr. M.Chand, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioner is in custody since 10th January, 2022 in connection with Capital P.S. Case No.19/2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.151/2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 457/436/427/294/506/120-B/34 of I.P.C. and Section 25 of the Arms Act.

4. Considering the submissions made, the materials on record and the fact that the Petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and he has been subsequently implicated in the case only on the basis of the statement of some witnesses, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.
5. Let the Petitioner be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Court in seisin over the matter including the condition that he shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case, failing which N.B.W. shall be issued to take him to custody again, he shall appear before the I.I.C. of Capital P.S. once every fort night for a period of six months and such fact shall be certified by the I.I.C. to the concerned court once every month.
6. The BLAPL is disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
