Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to Tahasildar, Balianta-Opposite Party No.4 to carry out the order passed by Commissioner, Consolidation and Settlement, Odisha, Bhubaneswar in RC No.103 of 2013.

In course of hearing, Mr. Parida, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file fresh one with better particulars. 4.
