1. This matter is not in today's list, but on being mentioned, the same is listed today by Special Notice and taken up on Board through Hybrid mode.

2. This I.A has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 12.04.2022 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.5164 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the aforesaid order dated 12.04.2022 has not been acted upon in view of the fact that a direction has been given to Opposite Party No.2 instead of Opposite Party No.1 to act in accordance with the direction given in the said order dated 12.04.2022.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the averments made in this application, it is directed that the expression "Opposite Party No.2" mentioned

// 2 // in the 4th line of 7th paragraph of the order dated 12.04.2022 be read as "Opposite Party No.1" and the Opposite Party No.1 shall, on receipt of a certified copy of this order, act in accordance with the directions given in the said order dated 12.04.2022.

5. Rest part of the order dated 12.04.2022 remains unaltered.

6. Accordingly, the I.A stands disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
