Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

Undisputedly petitioner's objection at Annexure-10 pursuant to demand under Annexure-7 is pending before the competent authority. For the opinion of this Court, there is no scope for interference by High Court unless the objection raised on such demand is attended to by the competent authority. It is in the circumstance and keeping in view the pendency of objection as against Annexure-7, this Court while declining to entertain the writ petition for the time being, in disposal of the same directs the opposite party no.3 to look into the objection of the petitioner vide Annexure-10 as against Annexure-7 and take decision within a reasonable period and also involving the petitioner by way of providing opportunity of hearing. This order is however subject to petitioner depositing at least 25% of the demand involved before the competent authority within a period of ten days hence. Deposit of the petitioner shall be without prejudice to the claims and contentions of the parties involved.
